About Me

Hey there!

I'm Rowan, a sophomore International Leadership Studies major with a double minor in Organizational Social Responsibility and Gender Studies (if there's time I might pick up a PoliSci minor too). This blog is part of the McDonough Worldwide program for LEAD 203 students in the Spring 2020 semester. On campus, I'm a Student Ambassador with the Office of Admissions, a member of UWOP,  a part of the Honors Program, and part of the Scholars Community. I've also been a HOME and EXCEL leader! Off campus, I'm a board member of The Betsey Mills Club as well as a volunteer there.

This semester, I'm studying and living in Paris through the IES program, Paris- International Business and Affairs. I'm taking a variety of courses including art history, intercultural communication and, of course, French language courses. I grew up learning French at the Columbus City French immersion school, Ecole Kenwood, so this program could not be more exciting for me. I have always had a deep love for the French language and culture and I'm thrilled to finally be able to experience it first hand--and get a chance to share that with you!

If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to reach out, I'd love to hear from you!

Allez Les Pios!
